The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 999ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Upon termination for cause, 999ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account where such balance is reasonably believed to be derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 999ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
